Zayas Hendrick Mediaworks LLC is looking for a skilled Video Teleconferencing Technician to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain video teleconferencing (VTC) systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Coordinate and support live video conferences, virtual meetings, and hybrid events
- Perform routine maintenance, testing, and quality checks on VTC endpoints and infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT and AV teams to ensure seamless integration of conferencing platforms
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users and clients
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and maintenance logs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in video teleconferencing, AV technology, or a related technical field
- Proficiency with VTC platforms such as Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Polycom
- Strong knowledge of AV signal flow, networking fundamentals, and IP-based conferencing
- Experience with AV control systems such as Crestron or AMX is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances if needed for DC-area clients

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
